It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our much loved former Company Captain Ron Webb, who went to be with our Lord on Monday 23rd March. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
Ron served us as Captain for 14 years from 1971 to 1985, he will be sadly missed.
Thanksgiving Service
A Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Ron Webb was held at West Wickham & Shirley Baptist Church on Thursday 16th April 2015 at 3:30pm.
The Juniors Competitions Day was held on Saturday March 7th 2015 at West Wickham & Shirley Baptist Church (14th Croydon HQ) on which proved to be a lovely sunny spring day, ideal for indoor competitions! Four companies turned out for a great afternoon of competitions, drinks & sticky buns! A lot of fun was had by all those who took part and our thanks go to all the organisers, staff and judges for making the event happen. Well done to all the boys that had obviously been practising really hard in the weeks leading up to the day and particularly to those boys that actually turned up to compete!

A big WELL DONE to all the boys who took part in the Battalion Swimming Gala’s on Saturday evening. All the boys performed really well, some even exceeding their own expectations!
The Juniors won their Gala in style bringing home another trophy for the Company and a special mention goes to Joel Gomez who came 1st in the individual diving competition.
The Company & Seniors event went equally well with the boys winning their Gala too! Special mention goes to the 4 x 1 relay team; Jack Burn, Joel McLeod, Thomas Cox & Thomas Murphy who completed a fantastic evening for the Company returning home with a rather nice collection of silverware!
Congratulations to Kevin Patel on receiving his President’s Badge. Kevin is currently working hard to become our next Queen’s man. So fingers crossed, by the end of the session we may be presenting another award to this young man. Good luck Kevin!

Company Awards BBQ 2014
Friday 18th July was our last meeting of the session and an occasion for the whole Company to get together. Thankfully it was a lovely summers evening for the BBQ and with boys, families and staff we had around 100 people!
